All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Any quotes provided through our website, by phone, text message, or email are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Wall type (drywall, brick, concrete, etc.)

  • TV size and weight

  • Mount type and hardware requirements

  • Additional materials required

  • Complexity of installation

  • Site conditions discovered at time of service

If actual site conditions differ from what was described at booking, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Customers will be informed before additional work is performed.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service.

We may accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or collection efforts as permitted under Texas law.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least [24 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to:

  • A cancellation fee

  • A service call fee

  • Forfeiture of deposit (if applicable)

Customers who are not present at the scheduled appointment time may be considered a no-show and charged a service fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Ensure a safe and accessible work area

  • Confirm wall structure suitability when possible

  • Disclose any known hazards (electrical, plumbing, structural issues)

We are not responsible for hidden conditions inside walls, including wiring, plumbing, fire blocks, insulation, or structural issues not visible prior to installation.

The customer assumes responsibility for obtaining any required HOA approvals or property management permissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

  • We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing wall damage.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by defective or customer-supplied equipment.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service performed.
